**Promotion Overview**  

Welcome to the Artventures Studio Experience Share Promotion (the "Promotion"), a heartfelt initiative designed to celebrate the creativity, joy, and transformative moments our community experiences at Artventures Studio. Whether you've lost yourself in a vibrant painting session, discovered your inner sculptor through our clay workshops, or bonded with fellow artists over mixed-media masterpieces, we want to hear your story! As a token of our appreciation for spreading the artistic love, simply share your genuine experience from any Artventures Studio class, event, or visit on TikTok or Instagram, and receive a $10 Artventures Studio gift card redeemable toward future creative adventures.  

This Promotion runs from [Start Date, Augus 1, 2025] through [End Date, December 31, 2025] (the "Promotion Period"). By participating, you agree to these Official Rules (the "Rules"), which govern all aspects of the Promotion. Artventures Studio reserves the right to interpret these Rules in its sole discretion and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. No purchase is necessary to participate or win, but participation requires access to TikTok or Instagram and a valid email address for gift card fulfillment.

**Eligibility**  

To participate, you must meet the following criteria:  

- Be a legal resident of Canada or United States (excluding residents of U.S. territories and possessions where prohibited by law).  

- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province / state of residence at the time of entry.  

- Have attended or participated in at least one Artventures Studio experience (e.g., a class, workshop, open studio session, or special event) during the 12 months preceding your entry. Proof of attendance, such as a class receipt, ticket stub, or confirmation email, may be required upon request.  

- Possess a publicly accessible TikTok or Instagram account (private accounts are ineligible, as we must be able to view your entry).  

- Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their spouses) of Artventures Studio, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the development or administration of this Promotion are not eligible.  

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Artventures Studio is not responsible for entries from ineligible participants; such entries will be disqualified without notification.

**How to Enter**  

Entering is as easy as unleashing your creativity—here's how:  

1. **Capture Your Experience**: Create an original video or photo post (or a Reel/Short on Instagram or TikTok) that authentically shares your Artventures Studio story. This could be a behind-the-scenes clip of your latest watercolor technique, a time-lapse of your pottery wheel magic, a heartfelt testimonial about how our guided meditation drawing class sparked your mindfulness journey, or even a fun duet with a fellow participant's creation. The key is genuineness—tell us what made your time with us unforgettable!  

2. **Incorporate Required Elements**: To qualify, your post must include:  

   - The hashtag #ArtventuresExperience (this helps us track and celebrate your entry).  

   - A clear tag of @ArtventuresStudio (so we can like, share, and show you some studio love).  

   - A mention of the specific experience (e.g., "My Abstract Acrylics class last Saturday was a game-changer!").  

   Entries without these elements will not be considered.  

3. **Post Publicly**: Share your content on either TikTok (as a video up to 3 minutes) or Instagram (as a post, Story, or Reel). Stories are eligible only if they are saved as Highlights for at least 7 days after posting.  

4. **Submit for Verification**: After posting, send us a direct message (DM) text to 716-244-2074 with:  

   - A visible link to your post.  

   - Proof of your Artventures Studio experience (e.g., a photo of your receipt or class confirmation).  

   One entry per person per unique experience during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries for the same experience are allowed only if they feature substantially different content (e.g., a follow-up video on your finished artwork). Limit one entry per person

All entries must be original creations; reposts, shares, or content created by others do not qualify. Automated entries or those generated by bots/scripts are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

**Content Guidelines**  

We cherish authenticity and positivity, so keep it real and uplifting! Your post should:  

- Highlight positive aspects of your Artventures Studio experience, such as the inspiring instructors, welcoming community, quality materials, or personal growth moments.  

- Be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages—no profanity, explicit content, hate speech, or anything that could be deemed offensive.  

- Respect privacy: Do not include identifiable information (e.g., full names, addresses) of other participants without their explicit consent. If featuring others, obtain written permission via a simple release form available on our website.  

- Comply with TikTok and Instagram's community guidelines and terms of service.  

Artventures Studio reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines, promotes unsafe practices (e.g., handling art supplies without proper safety mentions), or infringes on third-party rights (e.g., using copyrighted music without permission—stick to royalty-free tracks!).

**Prize Details**  

For every qualifying entry, you'll receive one (1) $10 Artventures Studio digital gift card, redeemable exclusively at our physical studio locations or online shop for classes, supplies, or merchandise.  

- **Value and Redemption**: Approximate retail value (ARV) is $10 CDN/USD. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and expire 6 months from issuance. No rain checks or substitutions except at Artventures Studio's discretion.  

- **Fulfillment**: Gift cards will be texted to you within 7-10 business days of verification. We're a small team of artists, so please be patient—your creativity fuels us!  

No other prizes will be awarded. Artventures Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift cards.

**Winner Selection and Notification**  

This isn't a contest—it's a "share and shine" opportunity! All verified entries receive the prize automatically, so there's no drawing or judging. However, we may feature standout entries on our social channels (with your permission—opt out anytime via DM). If your entry is selected for feature:  

- We'll notify you via the contact info provided within 10 business days.  

In the event of disqualification (e.g., invalid proof of experience), no alternate prize will be awarded.

**General Conditions**  

- **Publicity**: By entering, you grant Artventures Studio a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your entry (including your name, likeness, and social handle) for promotional purposes across any media, without further compensation or notification (except where prohibited by law). You can revoke this by emailing us, but it won't affect previously shared content.  

- **Limitation of Liability**: Artventures Studio, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or mutilated entries; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or printing errors. By participating, you release us from any claims arising from the Promotion or prize redemption.  

- **Privacy**: We collect personal info only for Promotion administration and will handle it per our Privacy Policy (available at artventuresstudio.com/privacy). Opt out of marketing emails during entry.
