Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. At Artventures Pottery Studio, we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness to our artists, instructors, and fellow participants. To ensure clarity and consistency, please review our detailed Rescheduling and Refunds Policy below. 

Please note Wagjag offers are subject to the refunds and cancellations policy as specified by the coupon. No rescheduling at all is allowed two weeks prior to the appointment.

All bookings made for workshops, private sessions, parties, and events at Artventures Pottery Studio are subject to the terms below. By booking with us, you agree to abide by this policy.

• 14 Days or More Notice: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee OR free rescheduling to another available date. This is regardless of when the purchase was made 
• 2–13 Days Notice: Eligible for a 50% refund OR reschedule for a $20 rebooking fee per participant.
• Less than 48 Hours Notice / No-Show: No refunds. No rescheduling. A new booking will be required.

• 14+ Days Notice: Full refund or reschedule without penalty.
• 7–13 Days Notice: 50% refund or reschedule for $50.
• Less than 7 Days Notice: No refunds. Rescheduling subject to availability and $75 fee.

To reschedule your booking, please text us at 716-244-2074 with your booking name, event type, and preferred new date(s). Requests are only processed during business hours and confirmed in writing. You'll receive a new booking confirmation once the change is made.

In the rare event we must cancel due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other emergencies, you will be offered:

• A full refund
• OR credit towards a future date
• OR priority rescheduling to a new date

We will notify you via email and phone as early as possible.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to:

• Join a later portion of the class (if space allows)
• Rebook without refund, especially if it’s a pottery wheel class where demos have already occurred

Missing your class without contacting us in advance is considered a "no-show" and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date and may be used toward any workshop, class, or product.
