Satisfaction guarantee and refunds

We want to make sure your experience with us is a positive one.  Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

- all bookings are finals sale but we will gladly reschedule or change your reservation 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

- there is a $10 fee to reschedule under 48 hours, call, text or email us

- we want you to be 100% happy with your creations and we'll offer you 50% discount on painting/creating a new piece if you are not happy with your class

- due to delicate nature of the firing process, very rarely pieces get damaged or clay may explode at very high temperatures. If your piece is broken damaged, you will be offered a remake session to make/paint your new piece at no charge.

We are unable to refund class or workshop fees for non-attendance or if cancellation is requested less than 2 weeks prior to class start. If we need to reschedule your appointment for any reason (double booking, instructor unavailable), we will reschedule it, or give you credit to apply towards another class or another date but are unable to process a refund. 

Wagjag deals can only be rescheduled 2 weeks prior to start of class. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT:

We are only able to keep fired pieces for 1 month. The studio is open by appointment. Please schedule a pick up/ request shipping. If you are not able to pick up before the month is up, please kindly advise the instructor when you come in so your pieces are not disposed of.
